Our mission
Every year, thousands of students move to Patna to prepare for competitive exams at Allen, Aakash, FIITJEE and other coaching institutes. Finding a safe, honest place to stay shouldn't cost weeks of chasing brokers or paying hidden commissions. UrbanPG exists to make that first search simple, verified and transparent.
Our story
UrbanPG is a founder-led startup based in Patna, Bihar. We grew up around students who moved here for coaching and watched them struggle with the same problems again and again — unverified listings, misleading photos, opaque pricing and hefty broker fees for basic information.
We started UrbanPG to fix that. We personally verify listings, publish real photos and real prices, and let students book a visit directly with the owner. No middlemen, no commission games.
We're a small team building carefully — one neighbourhood at a time — starting with the coaching hubs of Patna.
